I hereby certify that I understand that, during the Landlord’s background check, they shall obtain information it deems desirable in the processing of the application, including, but not limited to: (1) Credit Reports; (2) Rental History; (3) Criminal History; (4) Employment/Salary Verification; (5) Sex Offender Registry; (6) OFAC Specially Designated National searches; (7) Civil or Criminal Actions; and (8) all other relevant information.
